It's a hearse, it's a pickup, it's a train. No, it's supersh1t.

The cost of "restoring" this p.o.s. would faaaaaar excede it's value as a Packard hearse.

Looks like parting or scrapping it out is the best option.

I would guess somebody utilized it as some kind of parade float platform at one time.

Pretty much ruined anything of value on it.
