frittering and wasting the hours in an off hand way.... 1969 GTO, 455ci, 230/236 Pontiac Dude's "Butcher Special" Comp hyd roller cam with Crower HIPPO solid roller lifters, Q-jet, Edelbrock P4B-QJ, Doug's headers, ported 6X-8 (97cc) heads, TKO600, 3.73 geared Eaton Tru-Trac 8.5", hydroboost, rear disc brakes......and my greatest mechanical feat....a new heater core.

I haven't seen one up close yet. I know they are using the Ecoboost and its getting good reviews. I do know that its a it pricey.
The small sport ute market is very competitive. And there are a lot of new models this year. If I were you (if you already haven't done it) I'd shop and drive the others in that class. The Rav4, CR-V & Forester are the top choices. |

test drove the escape today was a bit confining and too futuristic and "young" for my wife and I. We ended up getting the Edge SEL. what a nice vehicle, its only been 4 hours though.
