I haven't seen one up close yet. I know they are using the Ecoboost and its getting good reviews. I do know that its a it pricey.

The small sport ute market is very competitive. And there are a lot of new models this year. If I were you (if you already haven't done it) I'd shop and drive the others in that class. The Rav4, CR-V & Forester are the top choices.

test drove the escape today was a bit confining and too futuristic and "young" for my wife and I. We ended up getting the Edge SEL. what a nice vehicle, its only been 4 hours though.
