Default 389 Head Bolt Question

I am getting ready to re-install the heads on the 389 engine from a 1965 GTO. When I was cleaning up the head bolts, I noticed some gunk on the threads. Do any of the bolts require some sort of sealant because they go through to the water jacket? Or should I be using something like ‘anti-size’ on the bolt threads? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm guessing it's anti seize and we do use it putting heads on.

All I use is 30 weight oil, but make sure the threads are absolutely clean.
