I have the same problem , this winter I parked my car on a thick piece of plastic and covered the car with a plastic dumpster liner, very large bag . the other day my garage was soaked and everything in it . I checked the car , dry as a bone .

Your cement floor holds heat or cold for a long time and keeps radiating it after the warm or cold air enters your garage and causes condensation. Probably a piece of carpet might make a better barrier than plastic.

Dehumidifeir
My shop an old horse barn metal 35' wide 42' long and 13' tall was moist all the time went to Menards and bought inch and 3/4 foam insulation helped alot but still had moisture on occasion went back to Menards picked up 2 64 pint dehumidifiers set them on auto, problem solved, I check and empty them daily. Michigan weather.
