So I was on a steroid pack for a week which helped ,but I went back for checkup for my back. Since I am am a previous lower back injury and had surgery. The dr is sending me for an mri in the am. So we will see.

I have a TENS unit that I use for back and muscle issues. I highly recommend one! If you're not familiar with these, just Google or ask your doctor.

Recently got over a similar injury. Ice pack is the best, reduces the inflammation.
