Must be raising those cattle for their horns,, sure isn't for the meat. They would be so tough (for meat) you wouldn't be able to stick a fork in the gravy. Ed

Texas Long Horns in NC.. oh well we have a Buffalo farm not far from here ( yeah I have eaten some of these, good stuff)

There used to be a pasture with some of those up in Alburg, Vermont about fifteen years ago. Right beside Rt 2, as you're approaching Champlain NY.

We have many buffalo farms around here as well as elk farms. Those elk horns are worth lots of money and their meat is fabulous and very good for you.
