Those WWII era color shots are great. Color slides I'm guessing.

1960...taken at the back of a dealership the day my dad bought this 1958 Ford...a few months later, driving the Ford, our family was in a crash with a lady driving under the influence of prescription drugs, resulting in a fatality

...I still have several scars from that Ford, my mother was crippled for life and my little sister was killed...the other driver lived to be 101 years old and just passed away a couple of years ago

1962...my dad ordered this new 1963 1/2 Ford...I begged him for red/blk 427 4-spd so I could drive it when I turned 16 in a few years...he ordered it with a 289, AT in BLUE...to this day, I still don't buy a Ford or a blue car, and would never own a BLUE FORD !!!

...our town has the worlds largest high school field house, it seats nearly 10,000 people and our town has a population of around 16,000...they built a new school, a new fieldhouse, but forgot a parking lot...so, whan the basketball games were played, people parked in the streets for blocks and blocks...the school is far away in the center left, all the streets near the school were filled like this

...from day 1, this original Panther Pink Challenger T/A was treated like a show car...custom paint, thousands of dollars worth of chrome etc...it went by the name, "Candy Brandywine"

...I first bought the car in 1989 after it was restored, but it still had quite a bit of chrome (even the driveshaft was chromed)...I kept it quite a few years, gave it to my daughter, she kept it several years and sold it...last year the owner passed away and I bought the car back...

...a friend of mine in the Prowler Club, hearing the story, remembered having a shot of the car from the Car Craft Nationals in Indy, early 1980s...then and now...it is possibly the nicest Panther Pink Challenger T/A in existence

...late 1960s

..."Walter P. Chrysler Memorial High School", New Castle, Indiana...I usually parked where the 1963 Chevy is parked, must have skipped that day...the windows on the left were the library, spent most of my time in there sleeping and reading car magazines

...I carried this issue of Super Stock and Drag Illustrated to school for several months, then I ordered a new Verdoro Green 68 GTO, convertible...who says advertising doesn't work ...still have the magazine
