Default Seat belt bracket

Does anybody know if this bracket is available?

That bracket is NOT used in a Pontiac that i know of. Just the seat belt bolt goes there, That is what you are asking about right What kind of car and year?

It's a after market bracket that allows you, as shown to fit retractable belts to the original mounting position.
This is the only belt we can use here down under that meets Australian standards.
Would be a lot easier just to buy some new belts which you guys have available but even though your standards are as high if not higher because it doesn't say "Australian standard" I cannot fit it legally.

My 68 has a clip that holds the sholder belt in place when not in use.
