That is the first real life jigsaw puzzle firebird I have ever seen. Geez don't nobody fart in this car when test driving it. You may lose the entire passengerside.

That's exactly what is going on there. The end goal was to have radical wheel flares that extended into the door panel. The slits in the door skin are to allow for increased surface area so the door will still fill the hole between fender & quarter.
The guy probably realized he was in over his head on the fabrication and decided to bail out. Not sure if this side has fender work completed.

Is that one pic of him unloading it from the junk yard where he got it?? I believe he really thinks it's worth the price he's asking, but if you notice there no email address so anyone can write to tell him how stupid he is. A chevy engine ??? a 327 from a 307??? how do you do that??

I spent a couple of years searching for my current car, and I've noticed a lot of "ad keywords" that need translation:
Easy fix! = ... if you own a shop and have a team of guys who aren't busy for a couple weeks. "90% rust-free" = ... this car is 70% steel, 20% bondo and 10% rust. it's all in the frame, though. "NOM" = ...except for the engine and transmission. I think the shocks are original, though. "clone" = .. Those "Yenko" stickers add $30,000 of value. "survivor" = there might be one part on there that's salvagable "good driver" = looks good as long as it's moving Feel free to add your own.
