5 fatalities confirmed so far tonight from Tornados east of 77 TRASHCANS on I40

The storm chasing yahoos on the Weather Channel were taken for a ride, lucky to be alive.

Wow, that is something as I was watching the WC last night when they reported the crew with cameras were tossed 200 yards thru air and rolled in the SUV as they took direct hit. Never saw the video. That pix says why.

The WC were following several storms and showing radar where possible tornado and saying not a good night for chasers as it was a wet storm too...

Sorry to hear of more lives loss as well. The storms seem more violent lately, and more people seem to be in the path.

Oh yeah. Appears they became victims of their own prey...

Based on Bettis post tornado toss tweets he now has REAL respect for victims and force of nature regardless of ratings on a TV show...

3 stormchasers were killed in the El Reno Tornado on Friday May 31st. 16 confirmed dead and 6 still missing in that tornado thought to have been swept away in flood waters from the drainage culvert they were hiding from the tornado under... bad deal. I stayed glued to the weather till after 3 AM Friday night... death toll from these tornados is getting very large...
