I had some issues with my motor here in Michigan and got the PY forums. Ken helped me out with my issues and walked me through what I needed to do. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Sold an old 455 block and crank to Bruce a few years ago. He paid me what we agreed on over the phone without any haggling. He did seem to think pretty highly of the work he does, but based off of MY experience, he seemed ok. Would I buy an engine from him? No way.

I did like reading a few years back on the specs and measurments he found on the I think Tomahawk intake [chinese] and what a piece of junk it is.
That intake didn't work worth a crap on my car.

I contacted Fulper years ago with some questions about an engine build, He told me my 670's were basically junk and I should go with some of his low compression heads and send him my 670's. I still have the 670's in use 15 years later, never did contact him on anything else again. Won't waste my time.

I knew ONE guy in WI that was satisfied with his R & R engine: ONE. I wouldn't trust Fulper as far as I could throw my house. I have a feeling that karma WILL catch up with him(Fulper) one of these days.

Never met the guy (Fulper), but I do see him out and about on some of Facebook's Pontiac pages. I was looking for engine work back in 2007 when I first bought my car. Mentioned his name here and got these same exact responses. Took my business to Jim Lehart at Central Virginia Machine Service. Very pleased.

i never had any issues with him. he did take a while to get my new/bare E heads ported and assembled(but he can still be working on them and it wouldn't be an issue)... had him resize a set of stock rods and bush for floating pins, and they were fine. his prices on parts and work were as good as anybody else, never tried to be a salesman, and answered emails promptly. i just contacted him about a new cam, he got me a new custom solid roller and gave me good $$$ for a used(but low mile)10yr old cam. so he has at least 1 customer until further notice.
