Default '67 GP rocker molding install?

Finally got all the clips and straight bars needed to mount the rocker moldings on the '67 GP. I have 2 questions:
1. In attached pic of the 2 straight bars, do they attach to the bottom of the rocker under the door and clip to the bottom of the molding or do they mount somewhere else and if so how and where?
2. When installing the molding do you clip the top of the molding to the clips and then snap the bottom in or clip the bottom first and snap the top?
I'm kinda new at this, can you tell?
Any help would be appreciated.

Cary,

The long pieces you have there will mount underneath the rocker panel, below the door. Look up underneath there and you should find 2 screw holes. The screws will go up into the bottom of the rocker panel. Only the edge of that piece will stick out, so the bottom of the rocker moulding will grab onto it.
