My front seal on my power steering box is leaking, it's the large O ring behind the front cover. Does anybody have a part # and somewhere I can purchase one, I tried over here but the one I got is to small.

In Canada when we need a seal we take out our clubs and head for the ice flows.

Are complete seal kits available there? They would have all the seals for the front, pitman shaft ,input shaft and internal seals as well and usually have multiple sizes included due to mfg changes . Might be a good time to change them all.

The steering box itself does have a service kit out there for it, I do not know who makes it nowadays though as the last time I bought one it came from the back shelf of an ancient parts store and was old enough that it had no UPC on the box...

If you can't source a Saginaw pump seal kit there you might try checking eBay for a seller than ships internationally. That style steering pump was common to many GM, Ford, AMC, and Jeep for about a half century so it shouldn't be too hard to find a kit. They are readily available at most auto parts stores here in the US.

I've bought two ps pump rebuild kits in the last couple of years. I got them both at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I think I still have the box if you need the number. I may even have one of the seals if you can't find one there.
