Default Trying to get '72 back on the road and have questions

Are the front bumper mounted parking/turn signal lights the same as a nova? Mine are cracked and faded and I am missing the wire harness for the driver side.

My front fender mounted corner lights are also faded, are those nova parts?

I installed a '74 grille on the front of the '72. I was able to modify the hood release mechanism to make it work. The only issue I have now is the filler piece I am using is from the '72 which leaves a small gap between it and the grille, so there is no way to support it in the middle. What did the '74 use for a filler piece to fill this gap?

No on the bumper lights. Yes on the marker lights. You'll have to be more specific on the problem with your grille. 71-72 grilles are very different from 73-74.

Thanks for the info on the lights. Are there any bumper light replacements on the market?

I attached a couple pics of my '72 with a '74 grille. You can see the filler panel is only attached under the headlight and this leaves a gap under the grille. How was the center section of the '74 filler panel supported?

The center of the header of a 73-74 is supported by a long, thin brace that connects to the bottom of the core support. IIRC, that brace is also tied into the hood latch mounting assembly.
