Default Best Way to Place Order with PY

I am close togetting car back from "body shop Purgatory" and will start assembly soon.

I have done my research and price comparisons, etc. and have decided to go with a large order to PY, our host. What is the best way to get the best pricing? At the back of the catalog it shows a table with discounts of anywhere from 3-10% plus an additional 2% for faxed-in orders. I have a list with 47 line items with a value of over $2000 ready to order. Should I just attach my spreadsheet to the order form and fax it in or is there other discounts available. I can pay by VISA or MO, whichever is preferred. Is there a direct number to call to get this order started? I went online to the PY website, but that could take a long time to place order with the way the website is set up.

Thanks for your help.

Please advise.

Hi John,
To get the best pricing you would want to pay by check or money order and place the order by either online, through fax, or by e-mail. Our fax line is 267-638-3507 or you can e-mail the order to [email protected]. We would enter the order for you and e-mail you or call you back with the total amount to send in.
Thanks!
Ed

I ended up emailing a spreadsheet with all part #'s to PY and Ed gave me a call back to clarify some things. He made up order and I confirmed it, sent a check and the parts are expected Friday this week.

Thanks Ed and PY!

i'll double check the order when it arrives.
