Alvin, that's from the 1989 Pontiac Firebird brochure, which has the 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am on the cover. I still have a bunch of those brochures in mint condition.

Reminds me of trying to leave Charlotte Raceway years ago. What's the story on that picture?

Funny you should mention that. That's exactly the other car in the photo that I noticed more than a couple of. I guess they both have a body style that stands out in a crowd.

Looks like parking for a sporting event, perhaps a concert of some type. I remember when parking lots used to be like this! One time, back in the 1970's, my family had to wait almost 2 hours for the cars around us to leave before we could get out.

Is it just my imagination or do I see Judge stripes in the middle of this pic?

If referring to the green ABody when blown up it appears to be a single black stripe below the belt line IMO. Cool pic w a GP and many more "stacked junk" junkyard gold.

Pic is from May 1974. Bus strike in Washington DC.

About a quarter million regular bus riders had to find alternate transportation to work, most drove and there was no place for all of the extra cars to park, they were jammed into every nook and cranny, legally and illegally.

I'm guessing rush hour traffic was worse than the parking mess.
