Thanks Jeff,

Yes, we used the stock style KRE filter mount.

The 69 Camaro is something I've had for quite some time, it had a Pontiac engine in it for all but about 1 month since I've owned it
The 69 Firebird previously had a BBC, I picked it up as a roller.

Good choice.

Will you be putting the motor in any time soon? It looks like its ready from the looks of the picture, just sitting by the fender there....

Hi Curt,

"Street" as in Dragweek and maybe to a local car show. I talked with Mike Moran about injector sizing, use case and goals. The fuel pump is a waterman miniBertha (250800) cable driven pump.

I too run a mech pump and 160 injectors - and run C16 also -- I have just heard that at low speed and no boost those big injectors can be to much -- let us know please.

That thing is going to be mean looking in black. I hope there is room for more tire under there LOL. Even then it is going to be a hand full on the street.

If your interested Ed. I just bought a super 400 hood from a member here, and we are going to make some changes to it. Once we get the hood the way we think it should look and get a little more room under it. We are going to start making and selling them. The hood right now looks pretty awesome, but there is still not enough room to fit a Victor with a 2" spacer. So we are going to raise it up some more and smooth the transition around the scoops to make it look more like the factory hood. I'll post some pic's after we get it modified in another thread once we get it done.

What we did on the original set up was -- mashine aporx 1 inch off the manifold -- and reduce the height of the elbo feeding the intake -- with FI it makes little difference and we gained all we needed to get under the original hood

Hi Don,

We did a do little cutting to make room for some slightly larger tires. I'd really like to see your modified 400 hood. Not sure where we're going to end up with bonnet height yet.

Curt, What are you using for a throttle body? I have a holley 2000 CFM Dominator.
