Just sent 100 Benjamins from the great white north here.

I have never met Mike, but seeing on facebook and his posts here he seems like nothing less than a great man and is a phenomenal father to his 3 boys. This is such a shame...

Stay strong Mike!!!
Your boys have a great example of how a real man and fantastic father should treat those around him!

Is that a ball and chain or a mace?

Either way, anyone who can ride shotgun with Nixon has to be equally as crazy.

Git 'er done!

Mike,

You can judge the success of a man's life by the action of his friends when the chips are down. I have never met you, but the actions of your friends speak volumes. Your life has been a success and your kids should have pride in that fact the rest of their life. I lost my dad when I was 9 and I have never tired of hearing his friends tell stories about what a caring and giving man he was. Go with strength and peace, and know that your kids will bask in the glow of stories yet untold.

Personally, I have had a scope scheduled for the last 6 months. Twice I found better things to do and changed my appointment. Today was my third chance and I kept this appointment. Everything went well and I was given a clean bill of health. I was lucky.

Tell Chris and the kids that if they ever need anything they have a friend in WV. I'm in your corner.

Very truly yours,

Bob

Mike,

Although I have never met you, your standard of compassion to help others has been inspiring to me. Fight the good fight and know that your legacy as an "appreciated prick" leaves humanity in a better place. You and your family are in my prayers and have my financial support. Should you lose this battle, I would aid any effort to set up an endowment to help secure your family's future.

Peace,
Fred

So very devastating to hear. I just met Mike by phone last June and then again around Halloween. He spent hours with me each time out of his day having a great conversation both times like we'd been friends forever.

My prayers to Mike and his family. For those that may read this later, please consider praying the following with me:

Lord, you are our great God of healing, and Jesus said when we pray in agreement in accordance with His will, the Father will grant us our prayers, for nothing is impossible for Him. We pray together, as fellow members, in agreement for Mike's complete and sudden healing, and for God to bless him and his family with strength, love, and financial provisions. We ask that you hear our prayer and answer us quickly today, Lord. Amen.
