way overpriced. Run away.....and give me the phone number!

just kidding, welcome to the forum.

It's a drop top. That doubles it's worth as a project car, tempest or not. I'd jump on that if I was looking for a project. this one's an open slate for an easy clone conversion being a 68, no one wants a 6 so it's no big deal to swap that out for a decent v8.

I just noticed your join date as 2011 with one post....so not so new a welcome here!

$2k for a convert that's reasonably solid seems like a no brainer to me.

The six isn't for everyone but I think they are very cool to see at car gatherings.

Nice, an AC convertible to boot! Sorry, about the only reason I'd like to still see the 6 in mine would be the ease of changing out the master cylinder! Mine was gone before I bought the car so it wasn't really a choice anyways.

Well after looking at it four hours and sleeping on it.Im thinking I mite turn around and put it back up four sale. Not sure.Im right in the middle of an airboat build with another one to do after this one.I sure like the thought of tooling down the road in it. I do this all the time.Bite off more then I can chew.its to nice to put in back of the shop.what to do.
