10,000 MILE INTERVAL – 20 OZ. CAN
Pour entire contents of 20 oz. can into a nearly empty tank and refuel. One (1) can treats up to 20 gallons. For tank sizes outside of this range, use one (1) ounce per gallon. In two-cycle engines, use one (1) ounce per two (2) gallons.

Seriously, I think they may only be concerned that it's mixed thoroughly. That gas pump will really agitate the fuel in the tank and therefore accomplish a good mixing action.

It does say what Alvin shows, "add to a nearly empty tank". Well either way I had a full tank and I went ahead and added it. I figure it isn't going to hurt anything but it would be more of what Greg said, thoroughly mixed as adding gas will agitate the mixture. It may just not work as advertised or as well.

I added it last night and plan to go cruising a little tomorrow night, so I will see what (if any) difference I feel.

The article didnt even get into the fact that the whole Corn fuel industry is subsidized..so we all pay.. even though the crap has cheaper prices at the pump and has piss poor fuel economy...

When I lived in central Florida, pure gas was only available by FL law at marinas and "specialty" shops. Law allowed sale of pure gas for use in vintage vehicles. Of course, no right-thinking capitalist station owner would set up a tank and pump for non-E gasoline, so it was nearly impossible to find pure gas anywhere except marinas.

There was one shop in Longwood (north of Orlando) who serviced RVs and sold custom choppers who sold it, but you carried your cans in and he filled them back in some mystery portal, for $4.49 when E10 was under 3 bucks. We're in CF this week to see family, and that shop is gone replaced by a Tesla dealership. At least I was able to get it for lawn equipment...

Now that I live in Arkansas, the state law allows sale of pure gasoline, so there are a fair number of places where it's available. Premium tends to run 25-30 cents per gallon extra. Was $3.59 in AR for pure gas, $3.29 for E10. Meanwhile E10 in FL is $3.59.

Bears mentioning that most small engine makers will void warranties if they decide your fuel damaged the engines. I learned that in FL at a small engine shop, when I had a Troy-Bilt lawn trimmer throw the rod at 2 hours runtime.

The Valero station down the street sells REC 90 from the normal fuel pumps. A couple of stations in Port St. Lucie do the same. No "sneaking it" around here needed.

There are a couple of stations in the Mocksville, NC area that sell pure 93 octane gas and one station that sells it in 87. I hate the ethanol, causing all kinds of problems with my 78 Chevy pick-up, had to pull the carb a couple of days ago to clean the mess out of it, and going to have to do again in the morning. And I just did a complete rebuild of the carb about 8 months ago, and have to pull it about every 3 months to clean it out and re-tune. The ethanol messes things up more than you can imagine to where I may have to order carb kits from Cliff on the average of three per carb at least 4 times a year, and that folks will get expensive. Going to try the Sea Foam and see if that cuts down on the maintainance.

Yes we are. And I'm not about to buy a newer truck. I can't afford it and they aren't built as good as the old ones as far as frames and springs are concerned IMO. With what I have had to go through with getting the wifes car (96 Chevy Corsica) to pass emissions inspections down here I don't want that hassle every year with anything else.
