Greg, it depends on how small is small.
If a perfectionist is going to fret about a dent, then they should either barter the price down or just not buy the car.
Me, I would let it ride.
I'm not sure that's a $30,000 car but it is pretty cool. Reminds me of the model kits I used to gaze at when I was in grade school.

One more time, good luck getting that dent fixed at your local body shop. You've got to match a custom pearl color and that doesn't mean just mixing the color. It means you have to lay the paint down at the same rate and air pressure. Then you have to hope that it matches after it dries. Additionally, there are custom graphics over the base color.

To try to barter the price down to what it's worth, you'd have to insult the guy. He can never reasonably expect to recoup the cost of the paint job.

If you look close, it appears there is a Hot Wheels logo on the rear fender. Maybe he got the idea from a die-cast car.

Are window air coolers really going for a $1000? How did he get 13" wheels on that car? I thought 14" was the smallest you could go, not that I would consider going that small on that big of a car.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that car is at least 15 years too new to be running a window cooler. Those are always on '40's cars when I see them.

I wasn't implying that a smaller dent would be easier to fix. Been there, done that with the paint matching. I just meant that if it's a minor dent, most people would not bother repairing it for the expense involved.

Thanks. For some reason, I couldn't get on the forums for like 24 hrs...Anyway, That's exactly what I was talking about. Not so much the dent but matching that custom paint.
But I will say Lightfoot, I agree that it's kind of a cool looking car. Not $30K cool but still, kinda cool.
