Default Finally after 20 years/62 Cat-421sd

After 20 years I have something that I have been after, many years ago I contacted the original owner of this 1962 Catalina, 421sd, MT/Pontiac Cross Ram, 4 speed car. The original owner passed on and I have agreed to take care of the "mama's fear" car....never to change a thing just to restore it to its glory days.. the car is all here and my wife and I are happy to take on such a task...

I will post pics of interior and engine later tomorrow, bench seat car, 4 speed, no ps, no pb, non-heat car, no power options at all, has looks like a factor dual point dist, factory long branch headers (cast iron)... am radio car, funny thing is the tires are the old bias-ply redlines (bad shape) overall solid, front bumper is aluminum as is the hood, previous owner put scoops on it, but that is what makes it different...
Thanks will keep all posted, this one is a keeper.....

The cross ram hood scoops are wicked just like the car.
Don't do anything but clean it up and elbow grease it - would be my vote.
And whatever it needs to drive safe.

Restoration won't increase the value over the amount spent.
And all the original ass kick is gone forever .
