My comment on the knit weave was that many of the parchment custom trim
seats had non knitweave material in the centers.
All colors but black seemed to have a supply chain issue and were hit and miss as to availability.

Add to this the new norm is to supply a knitweave look alike thats not perforated.
Some Japanese manufacturers also used the real knitweave in the early 70s.
Corvettes used it for many years too.

Shifter indicator tells us it was a 326 or 6cyl car with a Turbine 300 2-speed.

This fellow needs help on his listing.
Says he has PHS but no pictures of it
Says he has an engine , but no pictures of it either .
And can't tell much about the car from firewall < back , by the pictures.

But it sounds like he really needs/wants to sell it.

Sounds like his mom paid for it to be in storage for 27 years... damn.

69 Lemans convertible in Georgia at $100 reserve not met. IMO, the shell isn't worth $100, but the options are. The rust on the trunk is brutal, but it has a 4 speed. Also has Rally gauges, PFDB, posi and a AM/FM power antenna that rusted through enough to fall out (ouch!). Maybe $2500?

69 Firebird 400 convertible in Limelight green at $57.2K BIN in Pennsylvania with an "upgraded" 5 speed. I really dislike the traction bars, but not as much as I hate shakles, so it has that going for it.

I have a real soft spot for a Mayfair '68 with black interior and no vinyl top. Just like my first GTO love.

69 Trans AM with a RAM AIR V engine at $300K in Wisconsin. Nice car. Is it just me, or are the hood stripes crooked?

69 Firebird in Florida at $30K with a reserve. If only the rear wing were bigger I'd be in. Choices were made.. bad ones.

I have never seen a column shift auto with a console. It looks odd to me.

Was that ever offered from the factory? I’ve seen similar in that late 60’s Canadian Pontiac 2+2 had buckets and console as standard equipment so if you ordered one with the standard three on the tree manual trans you’d still get a console but with a block out plate where the shifter would normally go. I’d imagine the SS Impala in the US would be the exact same set up.
