57 running StarChief convertible in Texas at $22K NR. If this kind of car is your bag, they don't get much cheaper. The chrome star filter is a bit much and there's no pics with the top up, but I'm sure a lot of little things need attention. I don't know a lot about these era cars, but I'm pretty sure 1957 is the coolest year. I think that's true for the American Graffiti Chevys.

71 GTO in Michigan at $200 NR. Rode hard and put up wet, this is a parts car only. The interior looks to be all there and the radio is even uncut with a nice dash. If you lived close to it, they may let you take what you want and leave the rest for the junkyard.

Wow...look at the dash pad and steering wheel. Amazing considering the exterior condition. In fact, quite a bit of the sheetmetal looks usable. That would make a very good parts car I think.

78 Trans AM with an evolved extra set of flares that look horrible at BIN $12.5K in Colorado. Olds 403 that supposedly runs well and a TH350.

68 Firebird convertible in Minnesota at $30K BIN. Super sharp car, but the air cleaner and valve covers make me wanna york, which is an easy fix. Now that you all have trained me, my Spidey senses think the seat covers are PUI. If I had a million dollars...

70 GTO 4-speed convertible in CA at $13K with a reserve not met. The paint and wheel combination on this car really works IMO. The fake Ram Air stickers, stripes and wing don't detract much, but without them it would just be a real 70 GTO 4-speed convertible. There's a boatload of shiny bling on the engine... wonder how much that all cost to be that shiny? The interior is basically stock (yaaaa!), but the top could fit better. I'd drive the hell out of that car if I owned it.

71 Trans AM 455HO tribute (has a 400 in it) at $39K BIN in Illinois. It's a beautiful car with a "period" correct interior. It's a tribute, so who really cares? The engine has #670 heads which are 67 closed chamber high compression heads... too much IMO. If I owned it I'd put some Edelbrock aluminum heads on it and call it good.

66 Tempest with rust in SD at $5K BIN. Seller thinks the engine may be a 455? Someone thought it would be a good idea to graft a Trans AM shaker and screaming chicken into the hood.

Agree. IMO the car is trying to do too much. It has a 69 400 like hood (not T/A), but also has a screaming chicken. The rear end would look better IMO without the T/A wing, but they did do a nice job. From someone who has 2 69 Firebird convertibles and drives a 2010 SS 6 speed Camaro every day, I understand the vision. If it was painted white with a blue paint job like a 69 T/A it would have worked better. Agree with Greg Reid's first reaction. I like it, but I don't hate it. I do appreciate it though, just for the good ol' college try to realize the vision.

72 Firebird in Kentucky at $2500 NR. An original CA car, the body looks good. No interior pics, but it looks like there's a lot missing.

69 Firebird in CA at $40K BIN. CA blk/yel plate means it's prolly not rusted. I like the 71-72 Sport steering wheel in it. The inside looks like a wood wheel and the grip is like an early fat Trans AM wheel.
