Good catch, I didn't see that it was a Lemans. As a Lemans, too much rust for me, but if you wanted a 65 convertible GTO clone, it has value... just not sure it's $16K worth.

69 Firebird Chevy 350 4-speed in Tennessee at $1K with a reserve. Online dealer prolly wants $50K+ for this car. Nice looking car, but not to my taste. A smoothed firewall in an otherwise stock engine compartment doesn't make a lot of sense. Lot of choices to be made, and whoever built it probably think it's perfect. New speedo shows 0.2 miles, so either it doesn't work, or no one ever drove it?

67 GTO convertible at $5K NR in Texas. Jump inside and take a trip to funky town with this interior.

I might be crazy, but I kind of dig the weirdness of the interior on that '67. What a trip.

That 74 Bird is a good looker!
Too bad didn't post the cowl tag, I think the color is Honduras Maroon?

BTW it is a Formula by the VIN posted. Still has the correct dash for a TA and the RTS on the glovebox.

Really? Is that a fb stock color? I had just assumed he changed it in the 80's...

Some day I will try to get pictures and post of the seats from a 69 Judge.
They used a clear vinyl that had black/gray "bass boat flake" applied on the inside.
Had to cost some bucks back then.
Door panels got it too

When I see the first gen Birds with SBC, cheesy bucket seats and chrome galore under the hood I always think to myself why did they do that crap to a Firebird? Basically they built another cookie cutter boring Camaro.
As for the 67 GTO, I'm digging that car a lot. I wouldn't do a thing to it but drive it. C'mon Powerball!

Honduras Maroon is a stock color for Birds in 74, and I think 73.

His looks extremely smooth so probably well painted?
