It recently didn't meet reserve on BaT .
Seemed like a good car with matching numbers .

75 Trans AM in Missouri at $50K BIN. I own a 75 Trans AM in red with a black int. Pretty car, but the front seats reek of a of a first try at upholstery.

79 Trans AM SE Y84 in Washington with a reserve. I sold a 79 gold T/A about 7 years ago for $4K with a better body and a transplanted Olds 455. Rust in the quarters, so a "deal" price would be around $7K IMO, but I don't know much about the Bandit cars.

69 Firebird convertible in NY at $30K BIN. Been around on eBay a few times, but a good deal at that price IMO. The Chevelle stripe take away and the Ram Air from a 67/8 is weird, but still.

Apparently, the current market for an original 1969 Trans AM hood (with hood pins) is $20K.

81 Firebird 4-speed in NY at $21K BIN. Only 54K miles and the seller looks like he's a dealer. says it has a 3:42 posi, rebuilt brakes and a new exhaust, but doesn't say much about the engine. I would guess it's been gone through, but not sure what's been done. A very good deal for what this car is IMO.

70 Trans AM with a red interior at $80K in CA. No auto trans on the PHS. Was this a converted 3 speed?

I wonder if he has a box full of all the $$$ stuff missing under the hood that goes with it for that price?

The seller states it has a YZ engine, but doesn't provide photos. YZ was an automatic 400. I wonder if it's truly "Numbers Matching". Are those the actual PHS documents on his storyboard?

67 Firebird convertible in Texas at $34K. A fair starting point for a car like this. I'd rather have this than a car that needed a lot for $15K.

The M20 or TH400 were no cost options on the TA, so wasn't printed on the PHS. It would be on the build sheet if there was one in car.

If the car didn't have a console the shifter for the TH400 might have been on the column.

67 Firebird 400 at $19.,5K in Ohio. Not roadworthy, but the ad does say he thinks the engine is rebuilt. A car like this should start at $15K IMO. We'll see if it hits the reserve.

67 GTO in Florida at $62k. Pretty car. New valve covers, steering wheel and console would make the car worth more, but on a happy note, there's no Buick stickers on the air cleaner, so there's that.

65 GP in Florida at $100 NR. Gotta love the seller's description “Car has a superficial rust but still solid steel hope to get to a person to bring her back to life.” This pile of crap isn't worth the towing fee IMO. That antenna mast is pointing NE.

Default Champagne 1967 Firebird Interior

That color on the 67 makes it a great looking car.

But I am not a fan of mixing Deluxe door panels and standard seat covers.
