68 Firebird convertible in SC at $16K BIN. This guy has always been high on his junkyard cars, but it looks like he has to get rid of all them soon, so a deal could be had?

It is a retrostat and just like you said, keeps the lights on for a set period of time. Also if you turn the knob all the way to the right, the dome lights will probably come on depending on the model.
What an odd thing to want to have on your dash.

Personally interesting to me as it was built I believe the same day as my Sprint convertible, also Limelight, black custom trim and black top. VIN sequence U603xxx. My PHS was also seriously degraded, but unique in that the "invoice" is a completely different layout, being billed through GMOO at 5th Ave NY, NY.

That's pretty cool. The 69 Firebird I'm getting ready to sell is the 350 HO convertible (auto) Champagne car with a green top and green interior; at least that's what it was born as. It now has a 400 (rebuilt with #62 heads) with a white top and white interior (prof done). I added a tilt steering wheel, and I have a 72 Lemans Sport steering wheel (fat grip) with a leather cover. It looks period correct and the inner spokes and horn look like a 68-69 wood wheel. Anyway, I'll check the docs when I get ready and get back to you.

70 Catalina with patina and a Chevy 350 at $8500 BIN in AZ. I work with a guy who has a similar 64 Ford with the patina and Mexican blanket interior. It's a thing. AZ car, so patina is as real of a sun scorched as you can get. I think it's cool.

1931 Pontiac Cabriolet hot rod at NR $8.5K in New Hampshire. For some reason I want it for that money. Not sure what I'd do with it, but I do want it. Has a 283 SBC. Looks like the ghost of Christmas past in the passenger's seat.

Interesting 67, I don't think it was originally a Sprint though, but a manual trans 1bbl car. It has a Clifford 4bbl intake and headers, I suspect the power steering was also added as I have nver seen a mounting bracket like that before, and the Alternater being on the passenger side is also different.
Also the 1/2 clear steering wheel on a base interior is also something I have not seen before.
I have also never seeen multi leaf rear springs mounted with the original mono leaf brackets. Looks iffy to my eyes.
