It's pretty interesting and appears to be really well done, but I dunno....something about the colors reminds me of a kid's plastic dollar store toy.

Certain color combinations are etched in my head as associated with certain things. This is one of them.

The old Ronald McDonald mobile. You see cars like this all too often. Let's see... what if we used a 69 TA hood and wing and then put in second gen vents? Better yet, let's put a 'one of' yellow stripe down the hood and paint the bumpers!

This car isn't even finished. $45K is a joke IMO, though there is a lot of money in it. There are a few cars I see relisted over and over again and I suspect this one will be around a few more times. Note to self... if you build your wild dream car based on your dream machine, it ends up as your dream machine and is prolly a money pit.

Kinda like this 85 TA:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1985-Pontia...kAAOSw095fOs3H

Supposedly over $100K in it and it's been for sale multiple times on eBay. Price drops have put it at $25K, but who wants it? You can't drive it on the street and it's too pretty to race.

I could totally see that car in an early '90s issue of Car Craft. The risk with custom cars is that the builder has to find someone else who appreciates all the choices made to get even a fraction of their investment out of them. The cars also have an aesthetic shelf life on them as trends change. If you miss your window for turning it over, it becomes out of style until 40 years later when it's cool and vintage.

Every once in awhile you come across a true unicorn on eBay... this is one of them. A 72 Lemans convert 4-speed with a 455 HO. You couldn't have this car with a GTO, so it's really special. At $90K I think this car is cheap for what it is. When I see pro street cars asking $90K I wonder who would actually have one of those over this?

I believe this car was owned by a forum member... or maybe still is. I believe the member lived in Connecticut.

PY member TheBoss owns it
It's one of those ultra ultra low low production number cars
Great Options and Colors make it almost too good to be true.

Car looks familiar.
Think it's been for sale for the last few years.
Neat car, Rare no doubt.
1 of 1 possibly, this might be cheap for what it is.

70 GTO 455 HO missing the original block. Lots of parts come with it. $5K NR in Texas. Originally white with a black interior and a 4 speed. Rust issues for sure.

67 red/red Firebird convert in Ohio at $31.1K. It's only been up for a few hours, so it's highly suspect that this bid is real. It's a 326 car with a 400 upgrade, so while red/red is rare, it's not a red 400, though it is a nice car. I'll bet you a wooden nickel this car will end early unless it gets one more bid. No engine pics.

Looks like the hood / fender on my 68, they seem to have this no fit thing about them.
