Convertable Wanted
I am looking for a 64-67 convertable under 10K. I would like to get one where the body is somewhat intact. Rollers are OK. Engine and transmission is not important. Distance is not a huge issue as I will drive to get the right car. Thanks

I see a '64 on Reno, Nevada craigslist under Pontiacs that is listed at $8,500. Don't know the seller or car, but it looks like it may have potential.

67 GTO Convertible
I have a '67 GTO Convertible Project I would sell. Tyrol Blue with White Top and Parchment interior. Factory options include WT code 400cid 350hp engine, M-20 4-spd transmission, 3.23 Safe-T-Track, Air Conditioning, Rally Gauge Cluster & In-dash Tachometer, AM Radio, Console, Power Drivers Seat, Custom Seat Belts, Soft-Ray Tinted Glass all windows, Under hood Lamp, Luggage Lamp, Rally II wheels, Power Steering, Power Brakes, F70-14 Redline Tires. One of 4,317 manual transmission convertibles made. Major frame off project needs total restoration. Includes all the hard to find parts including a nice clean manual trans convertible frame, clear title in my name, and PHS documentation.
This is a rare car worthy of restoration. Several years ago there was an article in Hemmings that featured a '67 GTO convertible with 4spd and A/C that a guy restored. He claimed it was 1 of 50 convertibles made with a 4spd and A/C. If true, mine is one of those 50 cars. Here is a file photo of what she should look like when done. and a link to current pictures http://s310.photobucket.com/user/jbr...f1-224-4spd-ac |

I think there are some nice Lemans rollers in the price range. I should have put in the post that I did not mean I was only looking for GTOs.
