I believe it comes with bearing adapters and caliper brackets, no machining required. An added bones also getting rid of the old ball bearings for tapered as well . I bought one of his kits when I put the 58 ball joint suspension on the 55 and it was a nice kit. You'll have to get some adapters to go from the factory 1/4" lines to 3/16 for the newer style brake hoses.
