How can someone screw the looks of cars these days so badly? Did they miss the "In good taste day" in auto shop class? I'd be embarrassed to stand anywhere near that thing.

"The gate code is 8640."

Free furniture (destin)

Free dining room table, chairs, and tv stand are at dumpsters at the Gulf Terrace Condos. Enter from Hwy 98 turn left after you enter through gate and follow to dead end where dumpsters are located. You will see the stuff sitting there. Its not glamorous furniture, but could be useful to someone that doesn't have any. The gate code is 8640. Do not contact the office, as this is a private posting.

you don't need a title for a car of that age in CT.

Unless that's a Flintstonemobile it's worth saving.

The rust bubbles on the trunk make it suspect. Vinyl top could also be a serious cancer case. A guy I know bought a 455 '72 GP from the original owner with a box of receipts that was just like this car except the rear window was rotted out. Ended up parting it out since no one wanted to buy it. He almost tripled his money on the parts from what he paid.

Not really. Ever tried to sell one of these cars to someone outside the Pontiac faithful? Good luck with interest or getting a decent price. Trying to find a buyer for a car that doesn't have the magic 3 letters on it or isn't a Trans Am is much harder than it would appear many times.

Yeah, I really didn't think it looked TOO bad at the original price...but hard to say from those photos. The top is a big question mark and it certainly would be a money pit to do even halfway right. No way I'd pay $5K for it unless it's a lot better than it looks in the pics.

All the steel work is 12 gauge steel and is in perfect condition. No body-filler was used on this car.
OK, so it's reversable. But then you'd have to use a lot of body filler to fix all the holes from the pop-rivets.

If that car has only 61,000 miles, it's a testiment to what 40 years of neglect will do.

For a minute I thought Pontiac was back and this was the new 2015 Pontiac Aztek.
