Default NEW PONTIAC INTAKE !!!!!!!!

For those of you who missed it in the EMC thread, there is a new intake available for the Pontiac. It's a serious piece and it is designed to fit the Speier Racing Pontiac Pro-Port heads but will fit any Ram Air IV head with enough room to port match.

This is a completely new intake design and it's completely bad-ass. It is available from Performance Design with multiple base and finish options.

that intake just looks KILLER... nice job, but i prefer carbs myself

would love to see a composite/carbon intake for a carb
kindda like AFR has for the SBC, something like a performer rpm/t2/vic jr as options
the performer rpm option as a square bore only
i'd think they would sell nicely
lighter, cooler running, trick looking, etc..

I would buy it in a harthbeat if it would fit under a 68 400 ram air hood. and being up to the task of dilivering the right power for our FIA GT.SD Firebird Road racer....A big PS depending on the price ofcours..

Looks expensive, but very nice regardless. CF is usally big money.

I'd love to have it for my 461 build, but I'm over budget already.

Looks like a beautiful piece.

Without a carb version I would not be interested. I've not seen an injected engine ever out power a carb'ed engine with a proper calibration.

X2 Transient response and overall drive can be very close if given enough time with a carb.
Max Power is typically very close with a good carb whereas you have to program the EFI perfectly to get what Physics and good engineering does for the carb.
