You have a virus or browser hijack/adware crap probably.
google browser hijack and see what it brings up. Try going to Mozilla itself and not through the 'Update' button on browser. (try using Chrome or another browser to do it)

See if you can go to this link:
Adware cleaner Also, in the 'Tools' button, I think you can start Firefox in a safe mode, without add-ons being on. Try that also, you may be able to get somewhere then.
