I was a native New Yorker... state that is.... but I wouldn't trade my GTO for any house in NY. I might be a nice place to visit but.... I'm not even sure about that. LOL

Just that first photo with all the paint peeling off should scare most people off.

With a $2,000 annual property tax bill on a $40,000 house, I see what you mean!
