What other makes will interchange for the disc brakes , I'm pretty sure it has to be 69 and 70 . Big Buick ?, Olds? maybe caddy? Chevy? Any help would be great thanks

Uh, none.
Sorry, no factory parts swap that I am aware of. Rotors can be hard to find. Maybe do one of the Scarebird conversions? |

'67-70 all interchange. But you only want '69-70 due to the 4 piston calipers of the '67-68 design. And as far as other makes, nothing interchanges as all the GM divisions were unique back then: standardization across the lines didn't come about until 1971.
I did a '69 conversion on a '67 wagon 10 years ago but today I'd go for a Scarebird conversion if I was doing another. Easier to get parts for and easier to source the complete setup. |

California Pontiac Restoration has reproduced the rotors, so they're available... but not cheap!

We would however need a spindle as we do not have a setup yet for 69-70; they take a bigger bearing than earlier years.
