Hi Brody. I don't know about rebuilding. Did you check with an ohm meter to make sure the problem isn't some where else. 64 has 30 ohm unit. "Bill"!
You may also take the cover off and lightly clean the pointer and contacts. GOOD LUCK |

Many suppliers out there for either 5/16 or 3/8 with 0-30 ohm resistance for around 40 bucks, just make sure 0-30 ohms for 64.
