These were on my 67 when I got it. Don't know if correct for 66. They are 14".

The wheel discs that 6t7GTO has in pictures are for several years 66 thru 68 these are 14 inch discs and are used on a full-size car Bonneville, or Catalina but would fit any 14 inch wheels including Firebirds Fred

I found them listed for;
Tempest 67-72 14"
Pontiac 65-68 14"
And same style/design again;
Pontiac 69-70 15"
