Default New GM Heater Nipple (Fitting) # 499744

New GM heater hose nipple # 499744 for Pontiac 350, 400, 455 engines.
Gets pressed into rear of passenger side head.
Price is $40 US which includes surface mailing in continental US.

It will fit all '65 and later heads, including your 389.
