Default Baltimore built 1965 pass broadcast sheet

My son has been talking to PY member John V. about my 1965 GTO passenger broadcast sheet in getting help to decode all the boxes on the form. He did a very well job and we think we have all the options decoded. John mentioned that a 1965 Pontiac Baltimore built passenger broadcast sheet is a very rare find. He suggested seeing if anyone else might have one to verify and compare known options.

So does anyone on the forum have a Baltimore built 1965 Pontiac passenger broadcast sheet?

Default Broadcast sheet

Um I found a brown sheet(5x3) under the seat of my 65 convt. with data etc. What the sheet called? Also wondering if pin stripe on 65 was an option and where to find in the code on my documentation form PHS?

Roger - are you comfortable posting it up, for posterity? (Just cover the sequential portion of the VIN).

Thanks in advance -

Depends on what it is...

Can you post a pic?

Could be a build sheet; could be an interior inspection ticket, or it could just be someone's lunch notes.

I have attached my Pontiac Michigan build sheet below, for comparison's sake. This one was found above the fuel tank.

I don't think the pin stripe is shown on the build sheet...(??) although I'm not sure how they would know the desired color stripe if it was not shown.
