Default th350 vs Th 400

The plan to swap the st300 to a Th200r will not happen this year if I want to get the car out this summer hence am I looking at the cheaper alternatives Th350 and Th400..
The 350 is probably the cheapest way to go but cheap is not always good in my book.
Which one should I go for?

Go with the 350 , direct bolt in with no mods. to do . 400 gets involved moving cross-member , different slip yoke , shorten the d-shaft etc.
