Default Need some body work advice

This car needs a little body work. I was hoping you guys could tell me where to start.

Someone watched Corvette Summer, Fast and Furious (all 43 versions), Bladerunner, Deathrace 2000... then got super-high and worked for 3 months straight.... give them some props... and C4
