Default Pro Touring F-Body? Still around?

Has anyone had contact with http://www.pro-touringf-body.com/ lately? I sent a couple of emails and never heard back, so I tried to call a couple of times today. I keep getting a message saying that the mailbox is not accepting messages. Just wondering if they are not around anymore or maybe just busy??

This is a very common thing on many forums. Don't order from Dave at PTFB if you want something right away. Dave's stuff is built by him so it may take some time for your order to arrive

I just talked to him today. He has been hard to get a hold of for the last month, he was on holidays but still working a bit, took me a couple weeks to get a hold of him. He said he was pretty far behind but his voicemail is not full anymore. I would try him again over the next couples days. I think he is short a guys as well.

Hi There,

I tired to post once already but it didnt go through, anyways I talked to Dave last week. He was half off (in Florida I think) on vacation for 3 weeks so he is catching up right now. He has been back for a week so I would try calling him again.

I have tried emailing them and heard nothing back. Purchased a drop base air cleaner assembly for an RPM intake with a Holley carb (mentioned metering blocks front and back) on a 76 TA. Have several emails prior to purchasing stating it would fit. After spending nearly $500 NZ dollars (purchase, freight to the other side of the world, exchange rates and sales tax) I try it and it hits on the needle and seat adjusters front and back !!!!!!!!!. WTF ???????.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Not happy that now I have a $$$$$ part 8000 miles away that doesn't work as I was assured it would.
