Default Used 9791125 1968-72 Console Shift Escutcheon For Sale

Up for sale is one used 9791125 floor console shift opening escutcheon, in "as-is" condition.

The part number is cast into the back side of the retaining flange. This escutcheon is listed in my Pontiac parts catalog as fitting all 1968-72 Tempest/Lemans/GTO models with manual transmission and a floor console.

The escutcheon is in very good condition for its age. There is no heavy pitting or erupted pits on any of the surfaces. There is some very light "checking" in the chrome plating of the bezel, plus a minor scratch. I took the liberty to polish the chrome flange with a light metal polish. There are a couple of bumps in the flat black paint within opening, plus some light scratches. The retaining tabs on the sides of the escutcheons are firmly attached. Overall, it is in very good condition, but the condition of the chrome would keep it from being appropriate for a true show car.

Please scroll down to see the photos. Sorry that they aren't better; I am really challenged in getting photos of highly-reflective surfaces. The chrome finish looks really rough in the photos, but that is from the camera flash. If you are interested in the escutcheon, I can try to get you some better photos.

My price is $35.00, plus shipping and optional insurance.

I don't do PMs. Please email me at herbslegacy(AT)sbcglobal(DOT)net if you have any questions or would like to purchase this part.

Thanks, Olmanwinter

If it will sweeten the deal, I will pay for shipping to a buyer within the 48 United States. If you are interested, but out of that area, let me know and I will come up with something.
Thanks, Olmanwinter
