Brewster asked for more Limelight Green....so how about triple green?

I found these pics from 2003. RA III, Auto, from Canada if I remember correctly (or maybe not, it has been awhile).

This car may be for sale again. I am checking...

Yes, coming up at Auctions America in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in April 2016.

http://www.auctionsamerica.com/event...=FL16&ID=r0078

Their website scrolls photos, so I captured a few here for future reference.

Claimed to be 1-of-1 made.

I found the same link, Mike, and the pics there are definitely nicer than mine from 13 years ago! When I looked at this car in 2003 the owner claimed it was 1 of 1 with that color combination. I have never seen another assuming this is the same car.

Somewhere I have the PHS from 2003 so if the PHS (or even just the VIN) is available on this car it should be easy to verify.

Here is one more of this car from the auction site.

The Judge Registry has two of these cars.

And since I'm unaware of PHS compiling info on all the 108 Judge ragtops, I'll chalk it up to a seller taking liberties, which detracts from the car IMHO.

Thanks for posting and love the limelight especially with a judge convertible. There are two in the registry and both have the automatics with green interior. They must have a few different options thus making them both 1 of 1?

Not Limelight, in 1970 that is Palisade Green.

johnta1, thanks for the VIN on this car. Based on that I am able to confirm that this triple green car is the same one that I was looking at in 2003. It was for sale in British Columbia at that time and was originally sold there new.

I haven't been able to locate the copy of the PHS I have for this car yet (it is somewhere - most of my stuff is in storage) but I keep a database on all the '69 Judge Converts and I have all the data from this PHS summarized there (actually it was a GM Canada document). Since the car is for sale again there should be no issues sharing this information.

Built/shipped 4/22/1969 from Baltimore to Bowell McLean Motor Car Company, Ltd. in Vancouver, BC.

It was delivered with 13 options which included:

551 Power Windows
412 Door Edge Guards
424 Mirror - Outside Remote Control - L.H.
472 Console
361 Safe-T-Track Rear Axle
511 Power Disc Brakes, Front
351 Turbo Hydro-Matic 3 Speed
504 Tilt Steering Wheel
501 Power Steering
TPT G70 X 14 Red - Wide Oval - FIBERGLASS Tires
382 Radio - AM & Man. Antenna
391 Rear Seat Speaker
554 THE JUDGE

It was for sale in 2003 after a full Concours restoration. Since then I have seen it for sale at least two other times including on Ebay and at Barrett-Jackson in 2007.

I have been collecting PHS on every '69 Judge Convert I can locate over the last 15 years. My goal is to eventually get enough of them to come up with some statistics on plants, colors and options for these cars since this information is not available. I have around 40 PHS so far and I am always looking for more...if anyone has any that you would be willing to share please PM me (I am happy to take them with or without VIN's).

Speaking of Ebay, there was a Carousel Red, RAIII Auto, '69 Judge Convert that just ended at $148K but did not meet reserve.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-Pontiac-GTO-/222012773294

Does anyone know anything about this car? I think it has been on there before. I have come across a few of the CR Auto converts over the years and am curious if this is one I have seen before.

Some pics are attached. There are more available on Ebay.

Actually the guy that bought it is only 25 minutes or so from me. Sold it at the Carlisle gm nationals in 2014. It went to a good home. He has a small climate controlled museum with about 10 other cars. Really nice place
