Fast XFI and 60-2 trigger wheel
Jonathon,
Yes the FAST XFI does have a parameter in the software to emulate the LS2 configuration where your cam sync would phase and fire on TDC of the #6 cylinder. They have dip switch settings for a 58X/1X strategy. https://innovatorswest.com/601-PONT-Damper.html This is the link to the standard Pontiac harmonic balancer. You would have to call them and get a quote to have it include the 4 magnet front plate. Since the XFI can use the 60-2 strategy it would be far simpler to attach one of the thin trigger wheels to a traditional Pontiac 4 bolt balancer and not disturb your pulley alignment. This is what we did for Darbi's 65 GTO project. |

I had to remove AC to mount Procharger on my 1967 GTO. Any chance that set up would fit. I would like AC back.

Luhn has designed Supercharger brackets that would allow return of A/C (using a different modern compressor) on the early GTOs.

A/C with Procharger brackets
Would you be able to post up a front and side view picture of your supercharger setup? Is it a D1 or an F1 series blower?
Location of the brackets and the pulleys will dictate which one of our A/C brackets you might be able to use. This is our passenger side mount A/C bracket when the supercharger is mounted to the drivers side. |
