Default 62' Lemans trunk lid/spoiler

I know it's a long shot, but I'm trying to find someone close to Pennsylvania that might have a 62' Lemans deck lid I could use. I'm going to have a spoiler made by Ed Quay race products, but they need a trunk lid in order to properly build it. I'm looking to borrow or purchase one and either ship or deliver it to them to use as a pattern for the spoiler. It can even be rusty, as long as the rear most part of the lid isn't dented badly
