Default Rubber roof EPDM ?

I have a flat roof I am working on. I installed a good sized section last year & am now replacing the deck that sits on top of it. I want to go over the seam I made with a piece that laps over the joint. No issues with the splice I made so far, but I am super paranoid of a flat roof & want to to everything possible to avoid a problem. I bought a Dicor product 710SA-Q which is a solvent based splice adhesive. The problem is that there are no instructions on the can for use, and the product is not listed on the Dicor site. They make a cleaner to go with it. No luck with info on that either.

My question is what is the base for this product & can I use acetone as a cleaner for the EPDM before I apply? I can not even find a MSDS sheet for either the cleaner or the adhesive. It is all weird and sketchy to not have the first set of application instructions or anything on the can. Not even any company contact info. It says an MSDS is available from the Manuf., which is not listed.

Wanted to use this instead of their water based product b/c you have to buy a gallon of that & I have to do a section that is literally 42"X12". Also not real keen on a water based product on the roof either. Just seems contrary to common sense.

I attempted to contact the company via site. We will see what happens there.

Thanks for any help.
