Tiger Inserts
We are in the process of tooling up a run of deck inserts for the Tigers and also the E-heads. If anyone is considering this mod for the off season, please let me know as I've had to turn a couple of people away in the past based on product availability.
These are custom pieces made for this application and doing them in groups helps to keep costs at a minimum. Thanks. Calvin Hill Hill Performance 708-250-7420 |

Just got my motor back from the dyno. Its a 535. 13.86 - 1 compression. .050 Cometic head gasket. Made 954 hp and 776 tq. We made 8 pulls. Leak down results were 99 and 100 percent on center cylinders. #1 cyl was 97 and the rest were 98 to 100. Goint to try to make a few test runs before Norwalk then have at it at Norwalk and will be checking there and when we get back home.

Glen did my Tiger's several years ago. Haven't been out a lot but have about 80 passes and gaskets still good but haven't done a test in a while. I used to only get 50-60 passes before issues on my 535 @ 14.85 CR. It's a good investment in my opinion. 👍

I put the inserts in my new heads to try to eliminate the extra weight of the external water pump system. Made 8 dyno pulls. Pulled the heads off and added the external water holes and pump system...

Cast heads. Stock port layout for Pontiac weight break. 5's weren't stock heads so they get whacked with weight similar to a bbc big chief.
