The trans is still available.

This is a race only unit...it can be driven on street but not recommended for street use.

Look at the dog rings on second, third and forth gear and compare them to the first gear synchro which is stock.

What does that mean to the lay person? I would think what's good for a drag tranny (hehe, that sounds funny) would also be ok for street use.

The trans will be easier to speed shift at WOT compared to a trans with stock blocking rings. Not sure of the shift quality under normal driving.

SALE PENDING...

FYI...This trans is not recommended for normal street use...but can be used on the street by shifting slowly to the neutral gate then into gear for 2nd, 3rd & 4th for limited use. It is designed for full power shifts in competition and works perfectly for that.

Ahhh gotcha. Im guessing it also isnt something that can/should be downshifted then ?

I run many on the street with no problems. it actually shifts perfectly smooth with out the clutch and same for down shifts with no clutch release. It is the same tech as the big rig trucks you need to learn your gear/rpm match time and if everything in the Trans is still good it will shift on the street.I actually prefer pro shifted over synchro shifted any day.
