Several Parts Needed - '72 GTO
Hey guys, I know this is my first post on here. I've been in the Pontiac game for years, and I have a pretty good reputation on several other forums. Anyway, I need a few things for my 72 GTO:
Decent uncracked dash Both rear quarters headlight bezels 3 - 14" OEM trim rings with the beveled edge Those are the needs, now on to the "wants" - Set of ram air manifolds ram air cam ram air hood pan ram air cleaner with rubbers Thanks guys! |

they are anodized is why they wont polish..if yours are nice you should send them off and have them professionally restored...mine are expensive...prob the same kind of money to have yours redone...

they need to be striped of the anodizing, then polished, and then anodized..lots of time.
prob $100 a piece to get them right... i want $150 for my pair,,mine are nice...but not perfect..really god used....you are right..impossible to get good ones...

i wouldnt replace those bezels..i dont think you could find a better pair...they are just so hard to get..did you try to shine them up and changed the look? I would never replace them if they look as good in the pic..
mine are nice..but those look really good to me the repop air cleaner and pan is pretty nice stuff....id look at that stuff...the only people that can tell they are repop is the true diehard 71-2 guy...

I clean my anodized parts with sos pad and spray high quality clear on them and they look a LOT better
